Initiative n\u00e9e \u00e0 Laval (France) sous l\u2019impulsion du producteur guin\u00e9en Minoss et de sa structure Made Up Production, le festival Urban Made Ouest<\/strong> s\u2019est impos\u00e9 en quelques ann\u00e9es comme l\u2019un des \u00e9v\u00e9nements majeurs de la sc\u00e8ne urbaine afro-europ\u00e9enne. Pens\u00e9 comme une passerelle entre les talents guin\u00e9ens et le public du Grand Ouest fran\u00e7ais, le festival pr\u00e9pare activement sa 4\u1d49 \u00e9dition, pr\u00e9vue pour fin septembre 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une mont\u00e9e en puissance depuis 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Organis\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois le 24 septembre 2022, la premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du festival a marqu\u00e9 les esprits. Install\u00e9 \u00e0 la Salle Polyvalente de Laval, Urban Made Ouest r\u00e9unissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une trentaine d\u2019artistes, dont Soul Bang\u2019s, Lil Sacko, Ans-T Crazy, Limo ou encore Siranin. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, soutenu par la mairie de Laval et Hadafo M\u00e9dias, affichait clairement son ambition : valoriser la richesse des cultures urbaines guin\u00e9ennes en terre fran\u00e7aise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En 2023, pour sa 2\u1d49 \u00e9dition, le festival franchit un cap. D\u00e9sormais organis\u00e9 sur tout un week-end, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement propose en plus des concerts des tournois de football, des DJ sets et des animations familiales. La programmation s\u2019\u00e9toffe avec la pr\u00e9sence de t\u00eates d\u2019affiche telles que Singuila, Franglish, Minissia, Ak4Seven, King Alasko ou encore MC Freshh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La 3\u1d49 \u00e9dition, tenue le 28 septembre 2024, confirme la dimension internationale du festival. Parmi les artistes pr\u00e9sents : Hiro, Driks, Souf, Yama Sega, Banlieuz\u2019Art et Miss Fany. La diversit\u00e9 musicale est au rendez-vous, tout comme l\u2019esprit f\u00e9d\u00e9rateur qui anime les organisateurs. Sport, musique, art visuel et d\u00e9bats culturels viennent enrichir l\u2019exp\u00e9rience du public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une 4\u1d49 \u00e9dition en pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

En septembre 2025, Urban Made Ouest f\u00eatera sa 4\u1d49 \u00e9dition<\/strong>. Si le programme complet reste \u00e0 d\u00e9voiler, les organisateurs promettent une \u00e9dition encore plus riche, fid\u00e8le \u00e0 l\u2019ADN du festival : un espace d\u2019expression pour les cultures urbaines, une vitrine pour les artistes \u00e9mergents, et un lieu de rencontre entre la diaspora africaine et le public europ\u00e9en.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parmi les temps forts attendus, le retour du concours d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux jeunes talents du Grand Ouest<\/strong> (initi\u00e9 en 2023) devrait de nouveau permettre \u00e0 de nouveaux visages de se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler. Il est annonc\u00e9 cot\u00e9 guin\u00e9en, des artistes tels que : Oudy 1er, Sheba Queen, Ab S6lla, Wandjan Dimedi, Mimi Payapaya ou encore AK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un festival \u00e0 la crois\u00e9e des cultures<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 des concerts, Urban Made Ouest se positionne comme un v\u00e9ritable laboratoire culturel<\/strong>, m\u00ealant musique, danse, sport, mode et d\u00e9bats. L\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement contribue activement \u00e0 faire rayonner la culture guin\u00e9enne en France, tout en favorisant les \u00e9changes interculturels et interg\u00e9n\u00e9rationnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un contexte o\u00f9 les initiatives de ce type restent rares dans l\u2019Hexagone, l\u2019engagement de Minoss et de son \u00e9quipe appara\u00eet comme un mod\u00e8le de professionnalisation, de structuration et de vision \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
