L\u2019Office Guin\u00e9en de Publicit\u00e9 a rappel\u00e9 l\u2019interdiction formelle d\u2019installer des banderoles, panneaux, affiches ou tout autre support de communication visuelle sur les passerelles, ponts, carrefours, axes routiers et autres infrastructures publiques sans autorisation pr\u00e9alable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public, l\u2019institution charg\u00e9e de la r\u00e9gulation et du contr\u00f4le des activit\u00e9s publicitaires en Guin\u00e9e d\u00e9plore la multiplication des affichages anarchiques observ\u00e9s ces derniers temps dans plusieurs espaces publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon l\u2019OGP, ces installations irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res constituent une atteinte \u00e0 l\u2019esth\u00e9tique urbaine et repr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement une source de pollution visuelle et environnementale. L\u2019Office estime par ailleurs que certaines pratiques peuvent compromettre la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des usagers de la route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 cette situation, l\u2019OGP rappelle que toute op\u00e9ration d\u2019affichage ou d\u2019occupation publicitaire du domaine public doit obligatoirement faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une autorisation pr\u00e9alable d\u00e9livr\u00e9e par ses services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019institution invite ainsi les annonceurs, agences de communication, entreprises, organisations, associations ainsi que toute personne physique ou morale \u00e0 se conformer strictement \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019Office Guin\u00e9en de Publicit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vient \u00e9galement que tout contrevenant s\u2019expose au retrait imm\u00e9diat des supports install\u00e9s ill\u00e9galement ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 des sanctions administratives et financi\u00e8res pr\u00e9vues par les textes en vigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 travers cette sortie, l\u2019Office appelle au civisme et \u00e0 la collaboration de tous afin de pr\u00e9server l\u2019ordre public, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re et l\u2019environnement urbain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
